Atlas K9 values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas K9 and ArxeTech collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website, mobile tools, and field service operations systems.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information, such as name, phone number, email address, and service location.
- Service and booking details, including appointment requests and inspection notes.
- Account and authentication data needed to sign in and secure technician access.
- Operational data from app usage, including device, logs, and troubleshooting events.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve inspections, treatments, and support services.
- Coordinate technician workflows, scheduling, and operational reporting.
- Communicate appointment updates, service information, and support responses.
- Protect systems and users by monitoring abuse, fraud, and security threats.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted vendors and service providers who help us operate our systems (for example hosting, analytics, messaging, and infrastructure), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Data Retention and Security
We keep information for as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to help protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
5. Your Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, and may opt out of certain communications. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information below.
6. Account Deletion (Atlas K9 Mobile App)
Atlas K9 users can request deletion of their account and associated data using either of the methods below.
- In-app: Open Atlas K9 Mobile, go to Settings, open Danger Zone, and choose Delete My Account.
- Email request: Send a deletion request to support@atlask9.ca from the email associated with your account.
Data deleted when account deletion is completed: login credentials, passkeys, team profile information, and account-linked authentication settings.
Data that may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, safety, or operational record-keeping: service-history records and audit logs that may reference work performed, retained for up to 90 days before deletion or irreversible anonymization.
7. Data Deletion Without Deleting Account
Atlas K9 supports requests to delete specific personal data without deleting the full account. To request partial data deletion, email support@atlask9.ca and include the data category you want deleted (for example profile phone number, passkeys, or saved contact fields).
We may retain limited records where required by law, dispute handling, security monitoring, or financial and service-compliance obligations. Any retained data is minimized and generally retained for up to 90 days.
